Carol Lang – Associate

Carol Lang is a seasoned Human Resources professional with more than 18 years’ experience providing HR strategy, direction and support for non-profit and government organizations.  She is adept at building HR departments from the ground up and at transforming disorganized HR organizations into well-functioning, cost-efficient and legally compliant entities.  Carol maintains senior level certification in Human Resources through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  An active member of both SHRM and its Greater Miami chapter (GMSHRM), Carol has served as Secretary and VP of Membership for the local chapter, and is currently the President-elect.  She also contributes to the HR Committee of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
